In parent mode, when a chore is too late. The banner shouldn't be 'grayed' out. Same in child mode - color should also be red in the banner

When a chore kebab menu is showing, that chore should not be clickable until the kebab menu is gone. Right now I can open my kebab menu and also click on the chore.
